Early Times Report DODA, Jan 5: Apni Party District President, Doda, Asgar Khandey has expressed underdevelopment of the district where the rural and remote areas are deprived of basic amenities and health infrastructure. Addressing a joining programme in Bhaderwah, Khandey said that the district has remained neglected with regard to the development.
