BJYM takes out torch light rally to protest PM’s security breach | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 6: Jammu & Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) today took out a torch light rally to protest against the security breach of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Punjab the other day and demanded an apology from Congress on the issue. BJYM activists led by Arun Prabhat, President BJYM Jammu & Kashmir took out the torch light rally towards Congress Head Office. The BJYM activists raised vociferous slogans against Congress and the Punjab government for the major breach of PM’s security. Senior BJP leaders Kavinder Gupta, Sat Sharma, Yudhvir Sethi and Vinay Gupta, also joined the protest. Talking to reporters, Prabhat said that Congress is wholly and solely responsible for this unfortunate incident which exposes the misrule and mis-governance by the Congress government in Punjab. The law and order being in the hands of the state government and the PM of the nation facing such a situation reveals what could be the plight of common people of Punjab if even the PM’s visit was not taken seriously by the government functionaries in Punjab. |
