JAMMU, Jan 16: A Nagar Kirtan was taken out from Singh Sabha Gurdwara Simbal Camp Sikh Sangat Jammu under the supervision of Mahant Manjeet Singh of Shiromani Dera Nangali Sahib Poonch. Prominent religious personalities who took part in the Sangat included Bhai Ravinder Singh, Akhand Kirtan Jatha Delhi Wale, Bhai Satnam Singh, Gurdaspur (Parcharak), Bhai Gurpreet Singh Johal, Bhai Harvinder Singh, Parcharak SGPC and others.
The Nagar was organized by Sikh Naujwan Sabha Simbal Camp with the cooperation people living in adjoining areas. The route of the Nagar Kirtan was Simbal Camp Tali Morh, Miransahib, Brij Nagar and culminated at Guru Harkrishan Sahib, Inder Nagar. Many Ragies, preachers, poets recited Shabad Gurbani, the Gatka Parties from Punjab and Jammu also played the Sikh religious games on the roads where the Nagar Kirtan route was fixed.
