| GCW Udhampur organizes poster making competition on HIV/AIDS | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jan 28: The Red Ribbon Club of GCW Udhampur under the convenorship of Dr, Kewal Kumar conducted an online poster making competition on the topic “HIV/AIDS and our Society” in collaboration with J&K AIDS Control Society.
In the poster making competition about 29 students have participated and made beautiful and message oriented posters on HIV/AIDS. Prof. Ashni Devi, Prof. Sumita Rao and Prof. Sanjeev Upadhyay were the jury members in poster making competition. On the basis of judgement of jury members, Pallivi Sharma of Sem V adjudged 1st position while Saher Shakeel of Sem III and Khushi Sharma of Sem III adjudged 2nd in the competition. 3rd position was also awarded to two students namely Vishakha Gandotra of Sem III and Neena Devi of Sem V as they scored equal in the competition. All the participants have given e-certificates. Prof. Minu Mahajan, Principal of the college congratulated the winners and appreciated the efforts of the concerned teachers for their initiative and guidance to encourage proper and inspire the students for expressing their artistic talents |
