JAMMU, Jan 28: Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Councillor Ritu Choudhary kick started hand pump repair work at Prem Nagar in Ward No 7.
Speaking on the occasion, Councillor Ritu Choudhary appealed the general public to come forward and cooperate with Jammu Municipal Corporation in various development works undertaken by it within Jammu city.
She urged upon the residents to avoid using single use plastics, polythenes in their routine work and asked them not to throw debris, garbage or filth in the drains, lanes and nallahs.
Ritu Choudhary also appealed the people to adopt the habit of segregation of dry and wet garbage at their own level so that Jammu can be made neat, clean, green and beautiful city. Local residents Ravi, Sanjay, Balbir, Sohan, Gulshan, Raj Kumar and Kewal were present on the occasion. |
