Rajni Bala, Uday kick start tiling work of lane in Ward 60

JAMMU, Jan 28: Councillor Jammu Municipal Corporation, Rajni Bala along with Uday Bhanu Chib, President Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress kick started tile flooring work of lane leading to Shri Guru Ravi Dass Temple Mohalla Ram Dassia, Dhok Paloura in Ward No 60 here today. This development work which is estimated to be completed at a cost of Rs. 30 lakh commenced in the presence of Om Prakash, President Shri Guru Ravi Dass Sabha Paloura, Raj Pal Hans, Ramesh Chander besides a large number of residents of the area. Addressing the gathering on the occasion, Rajni Bala said that people are suffering on account of wrong policies of the government at the Centre due to besides resorting to blatant discrimination in executing development works.
She asserted that special care will be taken in the execution of different works including the present one so that the quality can be maintained and people don’t have to suffer in the future. Senior Youth Congress leader Uday Bhanu Chib, in his address, said that it is because of the anti-people policies of the BJP Government that people are suffering amid the ongoing pandemic with new woes getting added to their miseries every passing day. He said that people must teach the BJP a lesson in the next elections by decimating it to a big zero. Both Uday Bhanu and Rajni Bala also interacted with people of the area and listened to their issues which included irregular water supply and poor condition of drains in their area. Both gave a patient hearing to their grievances and assured to get all these addressed by approaching the concerned authorities. Meanwhile, President Shri Guru Ravi Dass Sabha Paloura, Om Prakash expressed gratitude to the Councillor for starting development work in the area.
