| Talab Tilloo Traders Association felicitates Inder Singh | | |

JAMMU, Jan 28: Talab Tilloo Traders Association has felicitated S. Inder Singh, Chairman Himalayan Heritage Museum on being conferred the Jammu & Kashmir government award 2022 in the category of arts and crafts. The traders led by its President Rajan Gupta today visited the residence of the awardee where they organized a simple yet impressive function to honour him for the excellence duly rewarded by the government. Gupta lauded Singh for his commendable ‘endeavour’ in conserving the rich heritage for future generations by devoting his life to collection of antiques from various parts of Jammu & Kashmir. Singh thanked the Traders Association for the felicitation. He detailed about the establishment of Himalayan Heritage Museum. He informed that he has been collecting these antique articles including the ancient utensils and manuscripts for the past about fifty years. He said that his father had also collected some of the items and he carried it further with a strong passion. |
