| Narcotics worth crores seized on LoC in Mendhar | | |

JAMMU, Feb 26: The joint team of police and army seized narcotics worth crores on Saturday along the Line of Control in Mendhar belt of bordering Poonch district in Jammu and Kashmir.
Police sources said that during patrolling in Balakote sector of Mendhar, police and army team recovered 15 packets of narcotics (suspected heroin).
"The packets have been seized for further action," sources added.
They said that the exact quantity and type of narcotics is being ascertained. |
