Govt Middle School Doda has defunct toilets; students, teachers suffer | | | Early Times Report
Doda, Mar 3: Toilets and washrooms at Government Middle School Doda mock the claims of the government about providing best possible facilities to students and staff. At GMS Doda, toilets stink and these washrooms are not in a position to be used. There are around 150 students and 18 teachers in the school and face a lot of difficulties in absence of washrooms. Students can be seen coming out of the school to go to washrooms. Besides toilets the road leading to the school is in shambles, and the main gate of the school is broken. “It’s unfortunate that despite this school being established long back, toilets continue to remain dysfunctional,” locals said. They said that there is a big board outside the school that says “No to plastic” but a lot of plastic bottles can be seen lying outside the school. The playground in the school is not in a proper condition. |
