JAMMU, Mar 10: Govt. Degree College, Chenani under the aegis of its NSS Unit, PRAYATNA, Career Counselling Cell and IQAC organised One Day Student Development Programme, Phase II on "Managerial Career Opportunities for Graduate Students" for building a strong professional network to pursue entrepreneurship and leadership oriented careers. The programme was organised to apprise the students about the continuous growth pattern & all round development and to help them learn new skills, competencies, opportunities and challenges in the corporate world. Dr. Pragya Khanna, Principal of the College formally inaugurated the session. She said such programmes help create sustainability, innovation, knowledge management and leading the students to broader horizons and varied career paths. Divay Mahajan, Territory Manager, Sunstone Eduversity, Gurgaon was the resource person in the event. He provided the training to students on how to deal confidently with challenges of strong competition, huge expectations needed today the corporate world. He oriented them towards various skills and insights needed for successful corporate careers in industrial sectors.
