| Sumb-Goran area without basic facilities | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 1: Residents of Sumb-Goran in Samba district have alleged that the basic facilities are missing and they have been pushed to the wall. They have said that the administration has failed to gauge the problems and as such there is no solution to the problems.
Residents said that the Sumb-Goran road is in total mess and over the past years no development has taken place on the road. The road is in dilapidated condition with both the motorists and pedestrians suffering like anything. Pools of dust come off as and when the vehicles pass on the road.
The residents said that the whole area is witnessing huge power cuts and there is no electricity as on date. They said that although a Jal Shakti scheme is operational in the village but the benefits of the scheme are reaching few households. They said that politicians are busy in playing politics while doing nothing for the people. |
