Jammu, Sept 23: The four days training programme organized for drivers/conductors concluded today. According to press release, the Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu Region under the aegis of St. John Ambulance (India) Regional Centre, Jammu organized 4 days' First-Aid Training Programme specially designed i.e. Theory-cum-Practical for the Commercial Vehicle Drivers/ conductors at Red Cross Bhawan, Kachi Chawni, Jammu. The training started on 19th September, 2016 and concluded on 23rd Sept., 2016 in which 25participants took active part. The training is being imparted with the sole motto to train the common masses especially the Drivers/Conductors in order to save the precious lives during un-toward accidents. The training was imparted by consultants on the subject namely Dr. Satish Sharma, Ex- MS, SMGS Hospital, Dr. Rajinder Thappa, (CMO), (GMCH) Jammu, Dr. Simriti and Dr. Kavita Nijohn, Medical Officers of Red Cross Dispensary. The training programme was conducted under the supervision of Dinesh Gupta, Hony. Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Region, Jammu. |
