BARAMULLA, Apr 23: Employees at Government Sub Centre Sultanpora Block Kreeri here in North Kashmir's Baramulla district visit once in a month to sign on the duty register, otherwise the hospital remains closed. Irony is that the authorities are in no mood tot take action against the absentees.
Sources told Early Times that, "Government Sub Centre in Sultanpora was established here before start of militancy. Three employees were posted here.
