NC has nothing to celebrate; CSC report is result of hard work of Cong Ministers | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 2: The Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and his party National Conference (NC) has nothing done extra ordinary, which they could cherish after approving creation of new administrative units. The National Conference (NC) on its own has done no good while being part of the Cabinet Sub Committee as it was efforts of Congress ministers who burnt mid night oil and put every force behind to prepare the report and present it in front of cabinet. The National Conference ministers, part of Cabinet Sub Committee, were only enjoying the chopper rides and delicious food at state Guest House and the work was being done by Congress ministers. Sources in the government said that these NC ministers were of the opinion that even if the CSC missed its deadline and failed to submit the report to cabinet, they have no problem as the chief minister Omar Abdullah had already warned that Mushtaq Ganai committee report will be implemented. Due to their behaviour and approach, it seemed that NC ministers hardly had any issue with discrimination done by the Ganai committee while preparing the report. Rather they were wishing that CSC should not prepare its report which will end the discrimination with all regions. It is a known fact that National Conference has been dominated by the valley centric leaders and their politics have remained confined to the Valley only. It hardly matters to them whether Jammu or Ladakh region is being discriminated in any matter. Same was the case when Ganai committee prepared its report which was politically motivated and NC wanted to implement that only. Now, when Congress ministers, part of CSC, did everything to prepare the new report, the NC men are celebrating without any reason as it was the hard work of Congress ministers not theirs.
