Educational Institutions celebrate lohri across Jammu 1/13/2015 12:23:46 AM Kartar Public School (KPS) Kathua celebrated Lohri today in the premises of the School. Engineer Nirmaljit Singh Chairman of the Scholl was the chief guest. Manjula Dogra Principal, Harpreet Kour Secretary were also present on the occasion. Chairman while speaking on the occasion congratulated one and all the eve of lohri. He said that Lohri is a festival of love, Brotherhood. He further said that on this auspicious occasion everybody should live in the society with love and Sympathy. He also appreciated the cultural program presented by the students of the KPS. Principal, in her welcome address complemented all the students on the occasion of Lohri and wished all success, good health and prosperous future. Harpreet Kour secretary also spoke on the occasion the cultural items presented by the students including Dance, Singing and Jokes.
