 Gandhi memorial College of Education, Kathua. The portrait of Swamiji was garlanded and floral tributes were paid by Anu Dogra (Chairperson), Principal, Staff Members and students of the College. The contribution of Swamiji as a spiritual leader, educationist, philosopher and a personality who inspired youth of all generations in the country were remembered. A seminar on the Educational Philosophy of Swami Vivekananda and its impact on the educational policies was also conducted in which twelve students of the college participated. They threw light on the educational thoughts of Swamiji such as Physical education, education of women, education for concentration, religious education and education which empowers the youth to stand on their feet. |
