Educational institutions, organizations celebrate Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda 1/13/2015 12:25:27 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 12: To mark 152nd birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda and ongoing National Integration tour a programme was jointly was organized by SEIL J&K Chapter and Akhil Bharatiya Vidhyarthi Parishad (ABVP) at Tourist Reception Centre Jammu in which large number of students and prominent citizens of Jammu participated. Minister of State -PMO Dr Jitendra Singh was the Chief Guest while Dr Nagesh Thakur National President ABVP attended the ccasion as Guest of Honour . Programme was specially organized for the SEIL (Students experience in Inter-State Living) delegates from north eastern states, who are on National Integration Tour in Jammu for three days.Speaking in this occasion Dr Jitender Singh appreciated ABVP for the idea of SEIL tour for national integration and threw light on working of ABVP in these types of social programmes . He also assured that central govt. should work on the development of North Eastern states like other states.
