Fake caste certificate to apply for teacher's job | Police book CISF jawan for cheating | | Asif Iqbal Naik
Early Times Report Kishtwar, Jan 29: After infamous fake certificate scandal that surfaced in Drabshala education Zone of Kishtwar District couple of years ago resulting into termination of over one dozen teachers, Kishtwar Police on the direction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Kishtwar booked a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) jawan presently posted in West Bengal for submitting fake ST category certificate to avail job of teacher. As per the details available with ET, one Shameema Akther wife of Mohammad Mossa resident of Tipri Bhunzwah filed a complaint before Chief Judical Magistrate Kishtwar alleging that one Mohammad Hanief son of Yousaf Gujjar resident of Balgaran Bhunzwah at present Tipri Bhunzwah, a CISF personal has submitted a fake ST category certificate to avail the job against the post of ReT for which the complainant has also applied. She allege that the accused CISF personnel had submitted a fake ST certificate reportedly issued by Tehsildar Kishtwar and prayed before the CJM Kishtwar to direct Kishtwar police to register FIR against the accused. After hearing the plea of the complainant, CJM Kishtwar under section 156 (3) Cr.Pc directed the SHO Police Station Kishtwar to investigate the matter. Kishtwar police verified the certificate from the office of Tehsildar, wherein Tehsildar Kishtwar submitted that the ST category certificate issued under registration number 79/ST dated 12-11-2008 was fake and not issued from the office of Tehsildar Kishtwar. On the basis of report of Tehsildar Kishtwar report, Police booked the accused CISF personal and registered FIR No. 7/2015 U/S 420/471/470/467/468 RPC and started its further investigation. It is pertinent to mention that appointment in Rural Development department on fake certificates also surfaced in the District about four years ago, but owing to political interference, all the accused are still at large as VOJ claims that the case was referred to Crime Branch Jammu. |
