DC Poonch gives best player award to Saqlain Tariq 1/29/2015 10:48:41 PM Early Times Report Poonch, Jan 29: District Development Commissioner Poonch today awarded the best Sportsman award of the year to Saqlain Tariq. Tariq represented the country as Captain of Volley Ball Team through 10th Asian Volley Ball Championship which was held at Colombo Srilanka. Mohd. Hussain Malik, Deputy Commissioner poonch appretiated the role of Shaheed Manjeet Singh Volley Ball Club Poonch for producing Tariq who brought laurels to the State of Jammu and Kashmir. Malik added, " I am delighted to award Saqlain Tariq as a best Sports man and I also appreciate the efforts of the Raj Daluja, President JKVBA and Kuldeep Manghotra and Mohd. Tariq, Chairman SMSVBC". He also stressed upon all the sports lovers to adopt the right path of Saqlain Tariq. Mohd.
