SRMWC to organize Maha Shivratri Mahotsav on Feb 16 1/29/2015 11:11:46 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 29 : Shri Ranbireshwar Mandir Welfare Committee (SRMWC) along with Jammu and Kashmir Dharamarth Trust is organizing Maha Shivratri Mahotsav on February 16 here at Shri Ranbireshwar Temple Shalamar. While giving the details of the programmes of the Maha Shivratri Mahotsav - 2015 Spokesperson and Legal Advisor of the committee Advocate Jyoti Sarup Mishra said that 1st time in the history of Jammu and Kashmir Maha Shivratri Mahotsav is being organized by Shri Ranbir-eshwar Mandir Welfare committee and Jammu and Kashmir Dharamarth Trust. He said that on very 1st day a grand Shobha Yatra of Lord Shiva will be organized by under the banner of Jammu and Kashmir Dharamath Trust, Shri Ranbireshwar Mandir Welfare committee along with other social, religious organizations. This Shobha Yatra will pass through all main bazars of the old city viz. City Chowk , Indira Chowk , Hari Market , Raghunath Bazar , Residency road , Rajinder Bazar , Old Hospital road, Purani Mandi , Link road , Jain Bazar , Chowk Chabutra , Panjthithi , Pacca Danga and will finally culminate at Shri Ranbireshwar Temple. On February 17, Sangeet Sandhya will be organized in the temple from 3 P.M to 7 P.M and renowned singers will sing the religious songs and other cultural programmes will also be organized.
