| Participants of national integration tour interact with army commander | | |  Early Times Report
Udhampur, Jan 29: The participants of National Integration tour today interacted Army commander Lt Gen DS Hooda.
According to press release, National Integration tour which was organized under operation Sadbhavna for the opinion makers including Sarpanchs and Social Leaders of villages located in remote and far flung areas of district Doda. The tour was aimed to bring awareness about the rich historical and cultural heritage of the Country.
The Tour also visited Pacific University in Udaipur and Noida University near Delhi, where Army has facilitated the admissions of more than 650 students from remote areas of Jammu and Kashmir in various Graduation Courses.
The tour also availed the opportunity to witness the Republic Day Parade and interacting with the Honorable President of India on January 28 at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. |
