Kotwal reviews functioning of Flood Control Deptt 1/29/2015 11:24:57 PM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Jan 29 : The Commissioner Secretary, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Pawan Kotwal today convened a meeting of the Engineers of Flood Control department to review the functioning of the department. He also took stock of the ongoing restoration works .The Superintending Engineer Irrigation and Flood Control Kashmir informed that due to floods in Valley 4939 spots were damaged, out of which 3217 spots were restored at a cost of Rs. 14 crores while 399 works are under progress.
