GGF appoints Bhandari as Executive Member 1/30/2015 11:03:35 PM Jammu, Jan 30: Senior Congress leader Shamsher Singh Bhandari was appointed as Executive Member of Gandhi Global Family (GGF) for Jammu regional committee. As per press release issued by Gandhi Global Family, Shamsher Singh Bhandari was appointed on the basis of his commitment towards the promotion of Mahatama Gandhi's ideology for peace and harmony.
