DIC organizes debate, film show on 'National Integration' 1/30/2015 11:09:51 PM Early Times Report udhampur, Jan 30: To spread the message of Patriotism and Communal Amity among the young generation, the District Information Centre (DIC), Udhampur today organized a Debate and Film Show based on "National Integration and Communal Harmony" in Sunrays Childrens' Institute Udhampur . The Principal of the school, Lalita Sharma was the chief guest on the occasion in which as many as 12 students of the school deliberated upon the topic and expressed their views. A panel of judges declared Satveer as the best speaker while Aman and Ashu secured second and third positions respectively. Besides this two consolation prizes were also given to Bhomika and Simran Thakur.Earlier in her address, Lalita Sharma appreciated the efforts of the host department and said that such events in the educational institutions play a vital role in inculcating a sense of brotherhood and communal harmony among the students.
