| CEO Poonch orders deduction of one day salary from 14, suspends four | | | Early Times Report
MENDHER (POONCH), Jan 30: Chief Education Officer (CEO) Poonch Lal Hussain Chowdary conducted surprise visits to several schools in Mankote Zone and ordered deduction of day long salary of 14 employees of education department, placed four under suspension and issued show cause notice to many including whole staff of MS Nabna zone Mankote for unauthorized absence from their duties.
During his surprise visit in Zone Mankote on January 28, CEO Poonch found two teachers of Govt MS Kawarian namely Mohd Rafiq and Gurpeet Singh teacher, one from HS Salani namely Rakesh Kumar master absent from duties on the day of visit and orders for the deduction of one day salary from their accounts.
CEO Poonch also found Mohd Taj master MS Upper Salani, Sarfraz Ahmed RET incharge MDM MS Upper Salani, Mohd Younass Headmaster HS Uchad & Mohd Khurshid incharge MDM teacher HS
Uchad absent unauthorizedly from their duties and thus served show cause notice regarding their dereliction of duties. In this regard a committee too have been constituted for in-depth enquiry.
Rakesh Kumar teacher I/C MDM GMS Dharti and Qammer Din teacher I/C MDM PS Serian Salani found involved in MID Day Meal Ingredient amount embezzlement thus have been placed under suspension.
CEO Poonch constituted several teams of School Principals, HOD's Sr. Lecturers of DIET, Poonch. He along with the teams comprising of Satpal Sharma Principal GHSS Mandi, Manjeet Singh Bali Principal HSS Islamabad, Jagjit Singh, M.P. Sharma , Balwant Singh and Kulwant Singh HOD's & Romesh Chander, Ghulam Hyder and Anwar Khan all senior lecturers from DIET, Poonch and the team inspected the Schools falling in Poonch, Nanglai, Kanuain, Mankote and Mendhar zones of this District today.
In zone Poonch Mohd Saleem teacher UPS Dehrian, Gurjeet Kour,Manjeet Kour and Anoop Kumar teacher HS Karmara were found absent unauthorized manner and thus deduction of one day salary have been issued to ZEO Poonch while Headmaster HS Karmara. Mohd Taj teacher HS Karmara were penalized for showing his negligency in respect of MDM record preparation and show cause notice also were served.
In Kanuian zone Zakir Hussain teacher of PS Janglan, Reeta Rani teacher and Ram Narian teacher of PS Behra have been served show cause notice for their negligence towards their duties whereas in zone Mankote whole staff of MS Nabna, has been served a show cause notice.
Meantime the directions for stopping the salary of the whole staff for the month of January 2015 and onwards have been issued to the concerned DDOs.
Meanwhile Azrar Hussain Shah master and Razia Begum teacher HS Uchad found absent from their duties and order for deduction of one day salary stands issued while Abid Hussain Shah teacher and Arif Hussain Shah teacher of MS Berga Mankote, Parvaiz Akhter teacher MS Sakhi Maidan too have been found absent from their duties and were also penalized for the remittance of their one day salary into concerned treasury. Apart from this one day salary of Mohd Zaman teacher of MS Lai Bhatti Dhar too has been ordered to be deducted as he is found absent from his duties on the day of visit of 30th of January 2015. Moreover Naseer Ahmed teacher I/C MDM GMS Mankote & Mohd Ashraf teacher GPS Uchad have been placed under suspension on account his involvement in large scale embezzlement related to School MDM Mechanism. |
