JTC, SKF hold meeting | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 18: Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front (SKF) today held meeting under the Chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita. According to press release, the meeting was attended by the office bearers and members of both the organizations. During the course of meeting the participants have expressed their grave concern over the statement given by RSS saying a big part of Jammu and Kashmir belongs to Pakistan. Addressing the participants Shadi Lal Pandita has said that Jammu and Kashmir was Integral part of Jammu and Kashmir. He has further said that Kashmir is mother land of Kashmiri Pandits who had all rights for their permanent rehabilitation in the valley. Pandita has said that Bhartiya Janta Party had made assurances to mitigate the sufferings of the Kashmiri Pandit Migrant Community during elections but it is unfortunate that after coming into power in Centre and framing collation Government in Jammu and Kashmir with PDP the Kashmiri Pandit Migrant Community has been neglected and ignored. No representation has been granted to this community in the State Legislature. Pandita has said that BJP opposed passing of Shrine Bill. Pandita has said that the BJP Party leaders during elections had promised to curb corruption in the state ensured bringing back black money and ensuring dignified rehabilitation of Kashmir Pandit Migrant Community in Kashmir Valley but nothing has been done by the Central as well as collation Government in the state for the exiled community. |
