BJP sold all its issues for power: Sharma BJP-PDP alliance playing with emotions of people 3/20/2015 11:47:20 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 20: Terming BJP as power hungry which has no solidarity relating to any issues prating to Jammu ,Former Minister and senior congress leader Sham lal Sharma termed the the BJP-PDP alliance as a back stabbed to the people of Jammu . According to press release, while addressing a Youth Congress Convention at Akhnoor said that BJP has surrendered all its pre poll agendas particularly partying to Jammu. He said, "It is an irony that a party which claims the legacy of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee has betrayed everything for which the great soul of India laid down his life". BJP Ministers are moving in official vehicles having two flags which is a burial to the concept of `One Nation, One Flag'," Accusing the BJP of exploiting people's gullibility, he said that the Saffron party had given high pitched slogans and seduced hordes of passionate volunteers only to surrender at the end for sharing the crumbs of power. Sharma alleged that BJP has betrayed Jammuites by taking a "U-turn" on all political issues directly related to the future of the masses. Reminding BJP of its promises made with the people of Jammu before elections, BJP should clear the party stand on Article 370, Citizenship rights to West Pakistan refugees, reservation of Assembly seats for PoK refuges etc after coming into power. Taking on the local representation in Akhnoor Sharma said that during his tenure as MLA there was no scarcity of rations, but from the last 3 months there has been no adequate supply of rain to the people living in villages .
