"He was briefed by the state unit that there was no need to postpone the event the Home minister was coming for stating that the response to bandh will be very limited as very few people would respond to it. The Home Minister in an interaction with the BJP leadership after the rally sought details from the state unit leadership about the steps being taken to rectify the situation. "The Home Minister was not happy with the response. He said while he will seek explanation from Jitendra Singh and ask the Dy CM to present the stand of the party over the issuewith facts in a manner that should sound logical and also convincing to the people," said the leader. According to the sources, the Deputy Chief Minister was also given a subtle but categorical message that party is keeping checks on all the developments including the work and manner of the ministers in the State and nothing should be assumed as permanent. |
