Jammu, May 27: The "disciplined" BJP exhibited "unprecedented" unity during Jan Kalyan Parv organised by the party in which Union Minister, Rajnath Singh was main speaker. Party ministers and senior leaders were present on the stage but during two hour long function neither ministers nor leaders speak with each others. Rajnath Singh was sitting in the middle. on his right side Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh was sitting and Health Minister, Choudhary Lal Singh was sitting next to Dr Nirmal Singh on right side. State president of BJP, Jugal Kishore Sharma, Member Parliament was sitting on the left side of Rajnath Singh along with Social Welfare Minister, Bali Bhagat. Rajnath Singh spoke about 54 minutes during that period none of the leader or ministers speak with each other. What to say of sharing views, they even turned their back towards each other to exhibit unity in the disciplined party. Credible sources in the state unit of completely in disarray and all party ministers are working on their own and they are functioning independently without taking directions from party leaders. Some party ministers are behaving like bigger than organisation. Under party's country wide "Jan Kalyan Parv" programmes being organized to highlight one year's achievements of Narendra Modi led NDA government at the Centre, the J&K Unit of BJP organized a massive public rally at Jammu, wherein Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh was the Chief Guest as well as the main speaker. BJP State President & MP Jugal Kishore Sharma and Dy. Chief Minister Dr. Nirmal Singh welcomed Rajnath Singh on his arrival by offering bouquets in presence of MP Shamsher Singh Manhas, National Secretary Tarun Chugh, former State President & MLC Ashok Khajuria, State Ministers - Bali Bhagat, Ch. Lal Singh and Priya Sethi and party's senior functionaries. |
