NABARD organizes financial literacy camp 6/24/2015 11:48:01 PM Early Times Report Doda, June 24: A Financial Literacy camp on recently announced Social Security Schemes of government of India was organized by NABARD in Pranoo area of Doda district for the benefit of the farmers, SHGs, BCs and the general public. In his elaborate address DDM NABARD Rajesh Kumar Badyal enlightened the participants about the need of Social Security Schemes viz. Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Yojna and Atal Pension Yojna. The need of the schemes and its benefits to the people in detail were explained to the gathering. The queries and the doubts of the people were clarified on the spot. Besides the concept of financial inclusion and bank account for everyone was also explained because without it one can not avail the benefits of Social Security Schemes.
