Widow allegedly gang-raped in Reasi, two held 6/24/2015 11:50:55 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 24: Reasi Police claimed to have arrested two rape accused while manhunt is launched to nab their accomplice who is also involved in alleged gang-raping a widow working as domestic help. "The arrested accused have been identified as Abid and his friend Shabir Ahmed while a hunt has been launched to arrest the absconder who has been identified as Shabir Ahmed, police sources said. Sources said that a complaint was received from a widow resident of W-7 in Reasi, alleging therein that she was raped by three persons in a house of Wazir Mohammed at W- 10 of Reasi town. Police said that the victim who used to work as domestic help in the house where the two brothers namely Abid and Danish both sons of Wazir Mohammed raped her in their house while the other members of family were out of station. Police sources said that the victim in her complaint also stated that their accomplice the-third person whom she (victim) identified the namely as Shabir Ahmed s/o Jaan Mohammed was also involved in the crime.
