| To react over the recent statement
of Omar Abdullah Ex. C.M also
shared by the Education Minister Naeem Akhtar to strengthen the Art. 370 is but natural. All the Political Parties which are grappling over the Art. 370 should first explain whether Art. 370 stops the natural flow of justice in the state.
N.C - Congress ruled the State for almost whole of the period after independence in 1947 and they always harped over the Art. 370 terming it a "Bridge" between State & the Centre. Would N.C - Congress - PDP explain that this bridge is only meant for "one-way-traffic": that those things which favour the rulers to maintain the dynasty rule are accepted otherwise rejected. Till date all the rulers from among the N.C, Congress, PDP and now the BJP which used to raise the issue of Art. 370; all seem to use "Art 370" as a tool to snatch or stop the natural flow of justice in the state.
Apex Court's Judgment to remove the curtains from all the vehicles was implemented with proud by shouting loudly that it was the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Masarat Alam's release was quoted by Mehbooba Mufti in reference to Supreme Court's direction and many others rules and laws from Centre Govt. from time to time, were implemented in the state before they even reached J&K State. Because all such rules and laws could only favour "Abdullah family" and rulers of the State other than N.C - Congress and those rulers stood firmly for the maintenance of their dynasty rule, but 27% reservation which was also the decision of the same Apex Court implemented through out the country and in all the states except J&K State, because this decision was in favour of the poor who were called Shudras. Now N.C - Congress are now out of the Govt. and have nothing in their hands to go to the public; they have started talking such agendas to oppose the BJP - PDP which they should have accomplished in their Governance stint at their own. BJP always opposed the Art 370 in the state. But all the times when ever BJP got the chance to govern the nation, and now a partner of J&K Govt, they always left this issue. One can guaze the honesty & sincerity of these political parites which befool the state people.
AIBCU never talked about the scraping of Art 370; but always expressed their concern over its "Mis-use" because otherwise Art 370 gives more rights to the State people but treacherous rulers used it for their own benefits which are never supported by any law and law of the religion.
State rulers damn care for the State Constitution even. Both Advocates Shah Mohd Choudhary and A.K. Sahney (journey lines editor) deserve to be hailed for raising the issue of 8 MLCs nominated by the State Governor N.N Vohra by one went to High court with P.I.L & the other gave a detailed study of illegal nominations which always snatched the due share of Backward Classes, is an eye opener for the State people, particularly for the State OBCs who should start preparations from the very beginning to oust the present regime , if it does not roll back these nominations for which after getting complete information through RTI a letter was also written to N.N. Vohra for genuine and honest nominations from among the OBCs. This all shows that there always remains a jungle rule under the garb of Art. 370 laced with muscle force and the voice of justice on the name of democracy is choked. BJP is exposing itself slowly & slowly and the internal politics with hidden agenda is now totally exposed when National BJP President Amit Shah says "It will take 25 years to bring down the level of price hike". Poor people of the state have lost their faith in BJP also in the absence of their due share and should keep themselves away from the so called 'Maha Sampark' which aims to loot the country on the name of BJP OBC's Prime Minister who too have held back the caste based census.
With such observations, one can conclude that it may be any political party in J&K State, it will use "Art 370" as a tool to snatch the constitutional rights of the State people particularly of the state OBCs who from about 60% of the State population.
BJP was expected to work on different lines best proved to be the chip of the same block and till date; no National BJP leaders or State BJP leaders has made any statement over the due share of 27% reservation as per Apex Court's Judgment on Mandal Report.The only solution of this problem is that the State people, particularly the State OBCs, SCs and STs must understand the treacherous politics of these political parties should keep themselves away there by joining themselves on the social platform to give a slip to such political parties which have started membership derive and Mahasampark Abhiyan to befool the poor in the state.
State OBCs must withdraw themselves from the proved fraudulents and must join the social platform which is working for their social cause and awareness. |
