| Abducted minor girl recovered, accused held | | | Early Times Report
sRINAGAR, July 15: Police today claimed to have recovered minor kidnapped girl within the less than ten day of her abduction with the arrest of the alleged kidnapper in Darhal of Rajouri District.
Police said that one Shamim Akhter of Darhal lodged a written complainant stating that his daughter (15) who went to Darhal on 05/07/2015 but didn't returned back to home. The complainant has alleged that a person namely Mohd Javid of Khoriwali had kidnapped the minor.
"A case under FIR No. 64/2015 u/s 363/109 of RPC had been registered in Police Station Darhal, police said, further adding, "during the course of investigation a series of raids were carried out at different suspected locations but no results were achieved." Police said that few suspects were also picked up and questioned by Police.
Today after receiving specific information from its reliable source, the police said while adding, "the Police Party from Police Station Darhal today conducted a raid and recovered the kidnapped girl from Badi Darhal and arrested the accused namely Mohd Javid of Badi Darhal."
Police said that further investigations in the case are on. |
