HC restrains Sheep Husbandry Deptt from changing selection norms in midway 7/16/2015 12:11:04 AM Early Times Report Kishtwar, July 15: Responding to the SWP bearing no:- 2031/2015 titled Khalid Hussain and Ors v/s State challenging the re-fixed criteria regarding the selection for the post of Class IV (ASM) in Sheep Husbandry Department in Kishtwar, J&K High Court directed the respondents to adhere to earlier criteria on which the selection process is in progress. When the hearing was taken up in pursuance of Govt Order no: 61 ASH of 2014 dtd 03/06/2014, Justice Tashi Rabstan after hearing the arguments of the counsel of the petitioners Nazim-ud-Din Qazi, issued the notice to the respondents i.e. Commissioner/Secretary, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Officer, Kishtwar who is the Chairman District Level Selection Committee, (Class IV) and also directed the respondents to adhere to the earlier criteria on which the selection process is in Progress.(JNF)   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
