| CMO Rajouri pays surprise visit; finds 8 health centers locked | | | Early Times Report
Rajouri, July 15: Chief Medical Officer, Rajouri Dr Chaman Bhasin today paid surprise visits to many health centres in Manjakot and Kalakot blocks and found 8 health centres including two ISM dispensaries locked.
He also found many employees on unauthorized absent from duty at various department in the District Hospital and issued necessary directions to BMOs and Medical Superintendent of district hospital to seek explanations from absentee employees and appropriate action under rules with immediate intimation to his office.During surprise visit to District Hospital at about 1.50pm Dr Chaman Bhasin ,CMO along with his staff found only Medical officer (MO) and a pharmacist from emergency staff while in Labor Room Unit Munira Begam, nursing orderly (NO) and Sadiq Khan safaiwala were on unauthorized absent.In Surgical Ward CMO found on an unauthorizedly absent employees namely Safeena Begam, Aieza Parveen both JSN, Musarat Saheen Nagina Kousar both FMPHW and Yahira Kosar,FNO.
In the Children Ward Havinder Kour, Suriya Jabin , Zahoora Arshad were absent from duty while in Madical W Monika Dutta, FMPHW and Naseem Akhter were also found absent. In Emergency (minor OT/dressing) he found no Pharmacist and operation theatre technician while in Blood Bank Arun Dogra Laboratory technician was on unauthorized absent.He also found unsatisfactory cleanliness in almost all the wards and in the emergency .
Dr Bhasin directed Medical Superintendent , district hospital to seek explanations from employees found on unauthorized absent and to take appropriate action under rules and also impose fine on staff adhering to dress code. |
