JK to have maiden National Law University 7/23/2015 11:35:43 PM SRINAGAR, July 23: The State Government has decided to setup a National Law University in Jammu and Kashmir on the pattern of NLISU Bangalore and NALSAR Hyderabad. In this connection a high-level state delegation led by Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Syed Basharat Bukhari left for Bangalore and Hyderabad to appraise in person the NLISU and NALSAR models to be adopted for proposed Law University in J&K. "We have set out on this ambitious project of having a National Law University in J&K on the initiative of the Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed," Bukhari said and added that the State team headed by him would be visiting NLISU Bangalore and NALSAR Hyderabad to see, in person, the functioning of these prestigious institutions and how an institution of similar repute can be established in J&K.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
