PDP rues poor facility to GREF labourers 7/23/2015 11:45:15 PM Early Times Report kISHTWAR, July 23:Peoples Democratic Party labour cell Kishtwar today rued the General Reserve Engineering Force (GREF) for their failure in providing facilities to laborers engaged by this central organization on various road projects including in Kishtwar-Padder road. In order to reach out the poor labour class, PDP Youth leader Wasil Doolwal held a detailed meeting with the GREF labourers at Dool Kishtwar wherein the laborers slame the GREF Officials for their failure in providing safety equipment to the labourers including helmets, safety glows, shows, uniform and importantly no proper medical facilities were provided to them at working site. They said that the GREF officials even fail to revised labour rates, neither any bonus was provided to them. They said that as when any labor raise the voice against the injustice, he was shown the door. They urged upon the PDP leadership to look into the matter and assured justice to them. While addressing the gathering, PDP Youth leader Wasil Doolwal assured all the GREF labourers that local PDP leadership is with them and will fight for the cause of labour class.
