| Traders demand 'public convenience' place | | | Early Times Report
Udhampur, July 23: Tradering community under the banner of Market Association of Domail Chowk today raised the issue to the Municipal Committee about the basoic problems being faced by them and the visitor in the market and demanded construction of toilets complex in their locality.
Large number of traders led by BJP leader Pawan Khajuria today raised this demands to concerned authorities. Khajuria who led the trading community said traders and people of Domail are facing lot of inconvenience as the areas lacks the basic amenity and the already existing toilet complex in the area is in shambles.
Municipal Commissioner K K Chalotra assured the people to resolve their problem at very soon at the same time he said that the matter of land where the present public convenience was to be constructed is sub judice and as soon as court permits the department will start the work immediately. He however assured that the department will get the existing structure clean and make it functional at earliest for the use of common masse and tourists. |
