| I/C SEECC delegation calls on Dir School Education | | | Early Times Report
kathua, July 23: A delegation of I/C School Education Officers and Lecturers Co-Ordination Committee (SEECC) headed by Amar Nath Thakur Provincial President SEECC called on Director School Education Jammu Yasha Mudgal and submitted a memorandum of demands .
According to spokesperson SEECC, during this meeting the delegation highlighted various demands included issuing reminder to all Chief Education Officers of Jammu Province to submit the APR's as per format and vacancy position subject wise of lecturers since 1999 to 2010 and Headmasters since 1974 to 2010.
Other demands raised in this meeting were rationalization of teaching staff in all schools upto Higher Secondary level , filling up all vacant posts of Principals, ZEO's , lecturers and headmasters, adjustment of all newly promoted lecturers, promotion of PG Teachers as Lecturers in various subjects and masters as headmasters, repatriation of all lecturers and headmasters to their home district and proper adjustment etc.
Director School Education gave a patient hearing to the demands and assured to redress their demands in appropriate time by taking up the matter at higher levels. Meanwhile Director School Education also assured that justice would be provided to all lecturers and headmasters during transfers and postings. Delegation expressed its gratitude to the director giving them patient hearing and also submitted a detailed charter of demands.
The delegation included Yog Raj Singh, Ashwoni Sharma, Gurdeep Slathia, Sat Paul Sharma, Prem Nath, Des Raj, Bansi Lal, Tara Mani and others. |
