Cloud burst damages 20 houses in Kargil 7/29/2015 11:32:58 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT Kargil, July 29 : At least 20 residential houses were damaged after a cloud burst struck Choskore Wakha village in Kargil district on Tuesday night. Official sources told that a cloud burst sparked flash floods in Choskore Wakha village, some 42 kilometers from main town Kargil in Jammu and Kashmir. "The cloud burst and the subsequent flash floods damaged all but 20 residential houses.
