Butt elected as President Patwar Association 7/30/2015 11:56:14 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT Kishtwar July 29: Patwar Association Kishtwar today conducted its elections at Mughal Maidan Kishtwar in which large number of association members were present and elected Patwari Nisar Ahmad Butt as District President of the association. According to spokesperson of association the other members elected for the next term included namely as Uzair Talib as Vice- President, Imtiyaz Ahmad Zargar as Joint Secretary, Fida Hussain as publicity secretary of the association.
