kishtwar, Aug 29: In Charge Principal of Higher Secondary School Sounder in Dachhan Kishtwar namely Vidya Dhar allegedly continue to stick the chair illegally even after his transfer, forcing the Chief Education Officer Kishtwar to intervene after senior most lecturer of the school lodged a written complaint against him.
The principal known for having close proximity with former MoS Home Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo and now has changed the loyalty towards MoS Revenue, R&B Sunil Sharma.
As per the details available with "Early Times", Chief Education Officer Kishtwar in his letter dated 25-08-2015 order immediate stopping of his pay as the said lecturer stands transfer from the Higher Secondary School Sounder, beside seek an explanation from him that why no action will taken against him for not compliance with court directions.
As per the said order, lecturer Vidya Dhar stands transferred from HSS Sounder to HSS Ramnagar vide Director School Education Jammu order No. 426-DSEJ of 2015 dated 30-07-2015 and consequently has been relieved from the school vide No. GHSS/S/188-93 dated 14-08-2015 with the direction to report HSS Ramnagar for further duties.
As per the senior lecturer Dr. Nadeem-ul-Hassan, the former I/C Principal Vidya Dhar is alleged to be mentally harassing the him as well as other staff members beside also interfering in school related matter illegally. He allegedly stated that despite the fact that he has been relieved from the school, he continue to presume himself as I/C Principal by giving reason that only he as a lecture has been transferred from the school while as he continue to hold the drawing and disbursing powers which has been exclusively given to him and justified his interference in the school administration.
"As matter of fact you have been relieved from the said office and as per CSR, you are under obligation to follow the directions of higher authorities and deviations there from leads to disciplinary action against you under rule" read CEO Kishtwar order directing to explain that why disciplinary action could not be initiated against him.
While talking to "Early Times" the aggrieved staff members and the senior lecturer alleged that Vidya Dhar is not only harassing them, but also threaten them to give the issue a political color as a result of which the staff members knock the doors of higher authorities to sought out the issue.
They said that the former I/C Principal remain posted in the said school for nearly seven years before he was transferred to Ramnagar nearly a month ago, but instead of joining his new place of posting, he is using political pressure and continues to hold the chair in violation of rules and regulation.
They alleged that Vidya Dhar has also confiscated the attendance register and did not allow to put signatures to all those employees who had raised voice against him for occupying the chair of principal. They said that even the government order for the posting of principal in the school, but same was modified by the government yesterday. The staff members also demanded to form a committee of high level officials to make the verification and audits of the funds sanctioned/utilized in the school. |
