CEO Kathua urged to initiate action against guilty in GPF in Malhar upto Rs 40.00 lakhs | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Sept 5: Expressing concerns over delay in submission of APRs by respective Chief Education officers (CEOs), the members of Incharge School Education Officers/ Lecturers Forum and School Employees Co ordination Committee in a meeting appealed CEO Kathua to initiate action against the Officials responsible for misuse of GPF under NPS of regularized RET's since 2010 to May 2013 amounting Rs 40.00 lakhs They also urged the Director School Education Jammu to intervene and seek early submission of APR's of In charge Officers and lecturers. Addressing the members Amar Nath Thakur Provincial President sought action on behalf of CEO Kathua against the Officials responsible for misuse of GPF under NPS of regularized RET's since 2010 to May 2013 amounting Rs 40.00 lakhs in Zone Malhar as per enquiry committee report submitted to CEO Kathua on 24/07/2015 . He apprised that he in his recent meetings with DSE Jammu since June 2015 and requested to issue reminder to all CEOs to submit the APR's as per format vacancy position of lecturers and headmasters for regularization of incharge officers/ lecturers but inspite of the repeated reminders only CEO Kathua, Samba and Ramban have submitted the APRs. He also mentioned that he submitted in the office of DSE Jammu on 22/07/2015 and a reminder was got issued on the same day by DSE Jammu. He also said a delegation will soon meet DSE jammu in this regard to discuss the issue. He requested Education Minister Nayeem Akhter and Commissioner Secretary School Education to personally take a meeting of both directors and all CEOs to provide justice to all I/c Officers and lecturers. Sardar Surjeet Singh, Provincial President Headmasters Forum said that all I/c Officers must be regularized by implementing SRO 481 of 2010 issued by the Education Deptt and implement SRO 166 of 2005 and order No 743 of 2007 issued my State GAD. Those spoke in the meeting were Bansi Lal, Ashwani Sharma, S Kuldeep Singh, Des Raj, Manohar Singh, Bharat Bhushan, Tara Sharma, Tara Mani and Mohan Singh. |
