These works are to be taken to Rabindra Bhavan, Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi for display of the works at national level between 17th Sept. to 23rd September, 2015. The installations executed in different materials like stone, wood, steel, pvc, and other metals depict a variety of themes associated with the principles of the working of the universe. The artist sees the universe in action in his view of vision, on his imaginary canvas. According to Ravinder Jamwal, all the systems working in nature are bound by some specific limitations and principles. The theory of opposites also apply in these principles. When the universe is created , it's limited simultaneously to be ceased after a limited period and the phenomenon is again recycled. Limit of movement of the universal bodies, their illumination backed by their reversal i.e. darkness are the other aspects of his philosophical approaches in these installations. |
