Jammu, Sept 7: Students Coordination Committee (SCC’s) strike today entered third day demanding full carry on system in under graduate courses. Adressing media persons Avinash and Nitika Charak lambasted the university authorities for criminal salience over the demand of SCC. He further said VC must immediately personally intervene to ensure justice to the students. He maintain that if their genuine demands were not fulfilled, they will be forced to adopt a new course of action against the callous attitude of the university authorities. He demanded immediate intervention of education minister to look into the matter and ensure justice to the students who are facing a wreath in this semester system and are demaning carry on system in the UG course. Education minister should take some concrete steps to implement carry on system in the interest of student fraternity,they demanded. one student Nitika Charak was in critical condition shifted to Gandhi Nagar hospital in police van. And doctors said that the health condition was not good. Other who were presented on the occasion included Nadeem, Akanksha Sharma, Megha, Sahil Singh Jamwal, Aakash Chauhan, Farooq, Kajal, Priya Rajput, Ranjeet, Pranav Gupta, Mehak, Vikram Singh Chib, Sanam Shah,Komal Sudan and many others. |
