Jammu, Sept 11: The University of Jammu held Departmental cultural secretaries election here today.
According to press release, the following members of the 'Students Cultural Council 2015-16' have been stand declared elected for the positions are Surbhi Chalotra, Department of Physics elected as secretary where as Suneedhi Sharma, Department of Mathematics, Kamini, Department of Punjabi and Hempreet Kour as Joint secretaries respectively.
Prof. S.K. Pandita, Dr. Sanjay Gupta and Dr. Ab. Rashid Manhas acted as Election Commissioner, Presiding Officer and Returning Officer respectively.
Prof. Pankaj K Srivastava, Dean Students Welfare, Prof. K.K. Sharma, Chairman, Campus Cultural Committee, Prof. Alka Sharma, Co-Chairperson, Campus Cultural Council, Prof. Anupama Vohra, Associate Dean (SW), Dr. Ab. Rashid Manhas and Dr. Yudhbir Singh, Assistant Deans (SW), congratulated the new elected body of Students Cultural Council. |
