Grameen Bank organizes awareness camp 9/11/2015 11:37:19 PM Early Times Report Bandipora, Sept 11: Jammu and Kashmir Grameen Bank under the Chairmanship of RK Chhibber in collaboration with NABARD today organized awareness programme at Village Hajin Ghat, Bandipora. Speaking on the occasion Chief Guest Imtiaz Ahmed Husseni, GM ROK Sopore, Grameen bank spoke at length about various bank schemes. VK Sharma Senior Manager MF&FI Department informed the participants at length regarding the benefits of newly launched Security schemes and other bank schemes. He further informed the gathering that these schemes have been designed to provide security cover to the poor population particularly those working in the unorganized sectors. He advised the people to avail this benefit through nearest Grameen Bank Branch. Maqsood Mir, Nodal officer FID RO Kashmir spoke at length about various bank schemes. The said camp was attended by various line department representatives and huge gathering besides Panchs and Sarpanchs of the area.
