MCR launches auto with siren facility 9/11/2015 11:37:47 PM Early Times Report REASI, Sept 11: The Municipal Committee Reasi (MCR) today added one new ultra-modern auto to the garbage-collection fleet of vehicles, seeking to boost its cleanliness drive under the 'Swachh Bharat Mission'. This latest and upgraded garbage pickup auto has been launched by MLA Reasi Ajay Nanda in the presence of EO Municipal Committee Reasi Rattan Lal. The auto is first of its kind in the state. It will give service to all wards of Reasi, announcement with siren facility has been included in this auto. "A Central Government initiative, the cleanliness campaign is a mass movement to realise Mahatma Gandhi's dream of 'Clean India' and the current national resolve to celebrate the 150th birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation in 2019, by attaining the goal of Swachh Bharat-Shrestha Bharat," said MLA Nanda.
