| It is amazing that Pak-eagerness to involve also its valley based lobby stipendiary members working there to implement its misleading agenda against India, in the status of third party in two nation meeting to be convened over J&K State to solve its relating pending problems. We at a loss to understand that on what bases and reasons the question of third party participation issue in two-nation meeting has cropped up, after so many decades since the State case contesting in U N Security Council by the representative of two nations only. At that time no reference for the participation of third party between India and Pakistan had come to light. That dreaming after thought proposal cannot be taken in view because of superfluous and unweighty. It is very strange that no specific argument and reason for its eagerness to include its lobby members in two-nation meeting has specified by Pakistan. On what ground Pak-pleads irrelevant issue to include its lobby members in the capacity of third party in two-nation meeting over the State agenda.
India as a party for the protection of its sovereign rights that had contested the case in U N Security Council over the invasion of Indian J&K State committed by Pakistan is only responsible to protect its sovereignty, which it had over it. It is also answerable legally to look aspirations of the people of its country and to solve their problems in every respect. It is very encouraging that minority of India whose population is more than Pakistan has been enjoying more facilities on all issues than its neighbor. So much so, the Muslims as well as other people of the State are enjoying special status with guarantee under Indian Constitution. In the meanwhile after the State accession to India, its people, especially Kashmiri Muslims under the leadership of Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah opted to stay in secular India, but the President, Muslim League headed by M A Jinnah opposed and staked its claim for having a political right over the State on two-nation theory, which was rejected by the State people.
The Congress during its independence struggle had never accepted that Muslim League theory but advised it to follow its secular policy to rule its nation without discrimination. However, that secular policy of Indian National
Congress was appreciated by the U N Security Council, when State case was going to dismiss against Pakistan, at that time Sir Feroze khan Noon, who was pleading on behalf of Pakistan had perplexed and prayed to grant one more last chance for his argument to further plead, which was permitted and he pleaded that the State was entirely Muslim majority area and that under the partition of British India it was supposed to go that contiguous territory to Pakistan. His great play of that argument in the Security Council fell flat by rejecting out rightly with plea that Indian National Congress had never accepted two-nation theory to rule the nation, and the case was dismissed once for all.
Thereafter, Pak-took three invasions to grab the State and ultimately encroached upon some part of the State. During its misadventure it lost East Pakistan and received defeat humiliatingly on international level. Since then it has started a proxy war to bleed India, especially the people of the State; along with its stipendiary lobby organized in the valley to implement its agenda by misleading violent campaign on proximity of blood for grabbing State to destabilize the administration, indulge in brutal violence and bloodshed, shatter the economic structure, organize the exciting processions, pelting stone demonstrations, kill and injure the security forces who are there for their protection, attack during patrolling at their back and check posts and commit sexual assaults, which are the routine features of the Pak-lobby appeared in the valley.
After every next morning new issue is appeared in order to evade surrendering the territory grabbed during horrific invasion of the State, but leaving aside that issue, it showed its eagerness to intrude in two-nation meeting between India and Pakistan over the State, where in the participation of its lobby members is not possible, because of the commitment made to solve the differences bilaterally under Simla agreement, and Lahore declaration. India and Pakistan, these two sovereign countries are only under legal obligation to sort out the problems, whatever may be, mutually with peaceful manner.
According to the democratic system, no other unelected element can be recognized to represent the people, and neither anyone who is one of the invisible components of the nation, has legal right to represent himself on his own under the pretext of guardian to lead his community, which encroaches upon the national rights in self styled representing in the status of representative, therefore India has only responsible to guard the interest of its nation and the component of the nation is free to approach the authorities concerned to readdress their grievances in accordance with the Constitution of India. In the light of those facts there is no scope for third party participation in two -nation meeting. In this regard India had already informed to it as well as world statesmen that the issue would be solved bilaterally which appeared in media dated 21st March 2015. Hence Pak-attempt for third party inclusion in two -nation bilateral meeting was rejected by India out-rightly. India is fully competent to save the interest of its nation. No dilution in the issue will be allowed, and violation of that would be considered as interference in bilateral meeting. It would be in Pak-memory about spoiling the political future of regular running of Afghan Government which was first nursed to establish its rule and got it recognized from Saudi Arabia, but later on that friendly country was thrown out by withdrawing its support after hob nabbing with U S ruling leadership under the pretext of war against terrorism and pushed towards chaos-disharmony, instability and after uprooting they put them in lurch who are still suffocating for peace and prosperity. That the same Pakistan with full of greed pushed the State of Jammu- Kashmir and Ladakh to its quagmire calamitous situation and repeated its strategy by establishing its paid lobby to generate Islamic terrorism to bleed the people of the State as well as to hit the other parts of India, after the defeat of three conventional wars to capture the State with the might of force at the cost of human blood. It's these tactics for misleading the people either this or that created un-necessary misgivings and unrest which damaged peace and harmony. |
