DB issues directions regarding Security, other facilities at High Court 9/28/2015 11:06:53 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 28: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Bar Association Jammu seeking various development activities around court complex and security, a Division Bench (DB) of State High Court comprising Justice Hasnain Massodi and Justice BS Walia directed Chief Engineer to appear in person on October 5, 2015 After hearings Sr. Adv Sunil Sethi appearing for the PIL, the Division Bench (DB) of State High Court asked Sr. Adv Sunil Sethi to come-up with the suggestions as regards security and other infrastructure requirements in the court premises. DB further observed that as per earlier order Chief Engineer was not present and his absence is justified on the ground that he was to attend a meeting at Srinagar and directed him to appear in person on October 5.
